SERVICES Rooms with or without terrace, with or without cooking facilities, independent air conditioning, TV, fridge, WC in every room. All rooms have a safe with space for a portable computer. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS.

CONDITIONS Prices are weekly and include water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, clean sheets and towels changed weekly. Cleaning at end of stay _ 30.00 per room (obligatory). Mid-week change of bedding and towels (only on request) euro 13.00 per person. Apartments are handed over between 12.00 noon and 8.00 pm.
Departures before 10.00 am. During high season (D+E) minimum stay one week, during medium and low season (A+B+C) rooms are available for shorter stays. Easter time rates are period "B". Child, up to 12 years, sharing a room with two adults free. Periods A+B; discount 50%. Periods C+D. Special offer (not available in period "D"): honeymoons, for minimum stay of 7 days, receive a discount of 10% in periods A+B+C. Long stays, for minimum stays of 14 days, receive a discount of 10% in periods A+B+C.
