SERVICES Rooms with or without terrace, with or without cooking facilities, TV, fridge, WC in every room. Optional supplements: conditioned air • 30,00 for room. All rooms have a safe with space for a portable computer. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS.

CONDITIONS Prices are weekly and include water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels changed weekly. Cleaning at end of stay _ 30.00 per room (obligatory).
Optional supplements : coditioned air: Euro 30 per week per room. Mid-week change of bedding and towels (only on request) : Euro 5 single bed linen, Euro 10 double bed linen; Euro 10,00 towels per person ; extra cleaning Euro 10.00 per room. Apartments are handed over between 12.00 noon and 8.00 pm.
Departures before 10.00 am. During high season (C) minimum stay one week, during medium and low season (A+B) rooms are available for shorter stays. Easter time rates are: period "A": child, down or until to 12 years, sharing a room with two adults free. Period B: child down to 12 years sharing a room with two adults supplement of Euro 100 . Period C: child down to 12 years sharing a room with two adults supplement of Euro 150. Adults supplement for bed added: Euro 60,00 in period A; Euro 160 in period B; Euro 200 in period C. Special offer (not available in period "C"): honeymoons, for minimum stay of 7 days, receive a discount of 10% in periods A+B. Long stays, for minimum stays of 14 days, receive a discount of 10% in periods A+B+C..
